Wholeness incorporates exploration of physical, psychological and spiritual dimensions and how they impact relatedness with the social world, offering clarity in the face of adversity. It encompasses oneness with self, enriching relationships and development of harmonious interactions with the environment, reflecting a multitude of intrinsic and extrinsic aspects of existence. From this perspective, health remains a dimension of human existence, regardless of the presence of disease.
Integrative Medicine and Complementary Health Consultation is centred on the individual, prioritising wholeness through lived experience and person to person interaction. This approach integrates traditional healing systems with conventional evidence-based paradigms. Interpretation of the nature of the individual is paramount, understanding health and disease through the interconnectedness of mind and body, in relation to the social and physical environment.
This service is suitable for anyone with pre-existing health conditions, including chronic or communicable diseases and lifestyle-related illnesses, in addition to those keen to focus on disease prevention and health promotion.

Consultations are primarily conducted online over Zoom or Skype call. This is a basic requirement for initial consultations, as visual consultations are both clinically and therapeutically important. Additionally, this allows clients to interact from the comfort of home from anywhere in the world.
Follow-up consultations and coaching sessions can be conducted via video call or phone depending on client circumstances or preference.
In-person consultations are currently not available, however, these will be offered in the near future.
